why do i need to raise mph lockup

My friends 2004 5.3L silverado locks up too.

If I had an 80E I'd lock this at WOT all day long....

my 05 locks up. i wish it didnt thou. i dont like it.

Have your tune altered!

This is the absolute joy of having the tuning software yourself. I have my transmission tuned perfectly to my driving style and how I want it to feel.

yeah my 05 SS locks up shortly after shifting into 3rd. i dont understand how that 06 SS is locking up at 75 mph? it has same gearing and tire size as me factory, and my truck doesnt shift into 3rd untill like 85 or so

i recently put mine in...my wife was riding with me yesterday and it locked at 40mph under normal accel and she asked why my transmission shifts so hard lol. she thought the converter locking was a violent shift.

the tripple disk locks HARD

Nice, I'm looking forward to mine...Chris mentioned that lockup was rather "violent"
