Default Will a 390/40/17 M&H drag radial fit on 04 silverado, what backspacing for 16x10?

Im looking to fit alot more tire on the back from the 26x11.50 et streets that are on it now.

Ive got 4.56 gears so on spray I want to run a 30" tire to have the right gearing.

Im looking at going with 390/40/17 M&H Drag Radials on 17x10 Wheels.

# Tread Width: 12.1"
# Section Width: 14.8"
# Diameter: 29.5"

Does anyone know if they will fit? Also what backspacing would I need for a 16x10?

if it don't hit the springs it will stick out like mine do and you will get rubber from the front to the back

Might need a 17x12 with 7" of backspacing to clear that setup; and it'd still stick out. 7" is about the max I think you can run on these trucks.

I believe it will actually take a minimum 12" wide for the 390-40-17.
M&H also has a 325-45-17 but it only comes in at 28" in diameter.
FWIW - I'm running their 275-50-17 right now and I really like it.

As Stroker said, you will need a 12" rim. Even with that, a 7" backspace will be hit or miss on the springs (every truck is made just a little different) - I would go 6.75" backspace - just to be safe.

No matter, the tire is going to be almost 3" sticking out - if you are OK with that.
