Will a 4L60E hold up?

I have more to say - I expressed exactly that I consider purchasing the Yank product to be a waste of money; that is NOT the same as saying the Yank product is junk, and I do not appreciate you putting words in my mouth like that. There are other alternative companies on the market which have delivered to us far better bang for the buck.

It's not "information" - it's first-hand experience; I am honestly glad to hear your success with the product has been far better than ours. Cheers.

but seriously you'll probably want an 80e

I bought a stock 80e converter for my swap and will be buying an aftermarket converter later this year...if a stock 6L 80e converter is comparable to a TT3000 I'll be happy as hell.

I know FLT and Performabuilt advertise their 4L60e's are capable of 600-700hp. Is this not true? The price difference in the 60e and 80e are not much, but I'm hearing all the other extras that go along with a 60e to 80e swap is what drives the price up. Do any of you know someone that has done the swap in a nnbs truck that I could talk with to see how much trouble and cost this would be.
