I'm 99% sure Yank was a sponsor at one time, not sure if Yank still is. Thanks for the heads up. I've edited my post just in case.

i used to have the tt2600 in mine and it was a very tight converter. you could load the truck down and tow a nice load without it ever having any trouble.
lost very little mpg with it as well.
Now i have a yank pt3200 and that damn thing is insane. Since i did it i can't get it to hook with anything over 1/4 peddle.

Thumbs up

Went to the track today. Weather said it was only going to be 70 today but was 82 (got a nice lil sun burn) and there was a 10 - 15 mph head wind. Today was Test and Tune. Track wasn't prepped good at all. I was able to make 6 passes, all in the 14.9x @90.x mph. Here is the times from the best run:

60' - 2.14
330' - 6.19
1/8 - 9.56 @ 73.46mpg
1000' - 12.44
1/4 - 14.92 @ 90.69mph

This was leaving off of idle and just easily putting the gas pedal to the floor. My tires are at the tread wear bars so I'm thinking with a new tire and prepped track I should be able to go a lil faster.

I ran a GMC Crew Cab that had a hypertech programmer, K&N, and exhaust. He ran a 15.92 @ 86.39 to my 14.98 @ 90.33. After talking to him, I think he will be putting a TT2600.

I'm happy with what my truck ran today. I might have to do a some bracket racing because every pass was 14.9x

Now it's time for a cam shaft and headers.
