Any of you frugal bastards try these yet?

Spring time in Ny is almost here, snow is melting, the lakes are thawing and the smell of burnt nittos right around the corner.

i Have a set and was going to install them but have decided to go all out and go 4 link for my traction needs

No different than a standard Silverado. Coil front/leaf rear.

Uhh, SS's have torsion bars up front with leafs in the rear

bad ben, . have you tried setting the front to soft and checking out the traction difference with the adjustability? also, how much difference in weight would you guess from your shocks to the new one's?
