Take a look at the cam thread at the top of the list.
You can get an idea of what you might want.

Hirdlej has a 4.8 manual with a 01 ls6 cam and cat back tuned with HPTuners.
He is pretty happy with his setup. PM him and see if you might want to start there.
Those cams can be had very cheap.
the problem is that i'm not that good in english

especially when it comes to engine parts and those michanical things

maybe i will ask Hirdlej for some help

thanks again mate

A tune will be the best "easy" mod.
Do you have anyone out there with any tuning software?
You can also order a tune from the mail.

look >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >

click on the link to Nelson Performance.
He is a popular mail order tuner.

Its simple, as stated above Nelson Performance will program a PCM based on your MODS they will then send it to you through the mail, when you get it pop your hood look down to front driver side of engine bay and you will see a black box, pop the cover off and remove your PCM and plug Nelsons in. After you start your truck back up and take it for a test drive your face will become tight from the huge smile on your face, now just put the old PCM in the box that the new PCM came in and ship it back to Nelson where there can be another happy customer!

O and BTW if you ever install any new MODS just give Nelson a call and he will have another PCM in the mail to you, all you pay is shipping. When you get it repeat above steps!

I will think about

but what about the warranty, i'm i going to lose it ...?

coz i really need it especially that I'm having a lot of problems with my Clutch and Gear from the day i got My truck from them.

So can i keep my PCM so that i can plug it again if i had a problem ... ?

Some tuners will let you keep your original computer, but will charge you a fee. Probably Nelson allows this but I do not know how much extra money it would cost you. I paid $200 extra to keep my stock computer.

As far as the warranty, yes a custom tune would probably void the warranty...unless you keep the stock PCM and interchange them when you visit the dealership.

Nelsons Core charge is 100.00 so if you wish to keep your Stock PCM it will cost 100.00 But if your doing all these mods you might as well say goodbye to your warranty anyways.
