also go into your traction control. i can't remember off the top of my head what tab its under i think its with tm. but zero that one out too. you may not have traction control but when i zeroed mine out it seems to have better off line throttle response. like i said in another post it could have just been mine but it worked good for me. there are more things i'm sure to zero out but thats one from what i've seen most people don't think matters that seemed to help mine.

as far as i know, tm is totally disabled. If someone would like to post up a list of everything that needs to be changed to 0 TM, that would be great. I'm gonna go try the traction control **** now. I never touched it cause I don't have traction control. hmmm.

Change your burst knock enable cyl. air threshold to .020. I had the same problem in a few tunes I did and thats what jimmyblue suggested and it helped alot.i Also changed my burst knock mult. vs. rpm to all 0 up to 3600rpm and that helped even more. Log all the timing retard pids you can and you'll notice even with the tm removed your timing still won't match what you have in your timing tables. I have about 18 degrees in my table and I am actually getting 15 on a launch from a dead stop which is way better than I was getting.

I see your sc'd could be your getting heat soaked and your iat table is pulling all the timing. The TM things makes no sense, its mainly concerned with preserving the tranny during shifts under power the stickies in the pcm section on ls1tech have all the info you need on tm, there is a section for the engine and transmission.
Is your iat table stock?
Some tm is a good thing I like to leave a little in on the tranny side, still get great shifts with a kit.
What all timing tables have been changed?
