02 sensor question

Default 02 sensor question

here is a stupid question, when i removed my stock y i took out the rear 2 sensors, i am now throwing a code i think it is one of my sensors i reused, can i replace them with 1 of the rear sensors?

Did you turn off all of your rear O2 codes already?

yeah, i had the rear 02 deleted since my first tune, and it has been 300-500 miles since they were installed, i put a bunch of silicone on one of the collector gaskets and i think it scewed the sensor

i know 03 and newer front and back are the same.. not sure about 99-02

they're not the same, at least on the 2006, wiring is different. also, I can't unplug just the O2 sensor itself from the short 8" harness attached to it that plugs into the main harness.

weird. Well mine im 99% sure are all the same PN and i had all my o2's off all the harness's when i did my exhaust.

According to my programn 04 shows for the 5.3 and 4.8
Engine Each 12587785 all around
now for the 6.0 it shows different for back and front.

no info on 06's yet.. Stone what year is your truck?

That's right. I had to replace a front one once and ask the parts guy. My 02 uses a different part #front to rear. I'm not sure what the difference is, maybe just the plug of the length of the pigtail.
