03 6.0 Escalade Need MPG Improvement

I already have a custom tune for 87 octane, with the 6.0L and AWD It gets 13 in the city..
whats the likely hood of adding e-fans, getting 2mpg, adding headers ,2mph..and cat back =?mpg
is it a linear thing, will I get 6mpg more with calm driving and the above mods?

what is the throttle body bypass, and intake tube? Im assuming emission related?

I have to say congratulations to all of you that have seen mileage increases with your mods.
I keep religious tabs on my mileage and I have never seen any increase (or decrease) with any mod I have done (truck only). The only items that I have seen affect my gas mileage are:
1) using the a/c (about a 2mpg drop)
2) driving behavior (i.e. heavy foot, light foot)
