That is in kilometers more than likely, but still quite a bit in Canadian winters.

If trading the truck in is what you plan to do then I suggest you rethink your financial sense. You just spent a good bit of money to increase the performance on a vehicle that you now plan to sell. The vehicle presumably ran better before those performance modifications. So essentially, if you sell the truck in its current state, you've just paid money to lose money. A concept I find hard to grasp.
You purchased inferior parts that utilize a now abandoned design, you had those parts installed at an incompitent shop, and when problems arrose, your first instinct was to sell the vehicle.
I would honestly suggest that you refrain from modifying your next vehicle. It sounds like you don't have the mechanical know-how or a reputable shop at your luxury where you live. Honda Accords or Toyota Camrys are reasonably priced and may fit your lifestyle a bit better.

320k in Canada? That's equivalent to like 45,000 miles right?![Grin](https://www.performancetrucks.net/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
