04 silverado tire question... bet that

Are you running a posi?I run Toyo STs on the street and BFG Drag radials at the track.If you don't have some kind of posi,no tire will hookup.

i 2nd the posi vote.

hard to believe you are having traction problems with those mods. i didn't have any with my all-terrain stock tires until i got the yank

I have heard Toyos and Hanooks are excellent tires that gets good traction. DO NOT GET PIRELLI TIRES I know I was stupid enough to buy a set. I have around 12,000 miles on them the back ones are almost gone and the front ones are halfway there. They provide no traction at all from the start, and from 30 mph waste of money. OH they are the Scorpion Zero tires

And don't get any yokohama's either they are
My next tire choice was going to be the Kumo Exta's if you want to try those out for me hehe...Zed

I have the kuhmo extas...the hook nice when new, but like anthying else they lose traction with wear and tear...I would/ and will be buying them again though.
