Default 07 NBS High engine temps

I have an 07NBS and ever since I drove it off the lot I have noticed high engine temps like 210-225 I know my old truck never ran anywhere this high even in the 105* Texas heat! It has 5000 miles on it and still runs high I thought at first it just needed to break in for a while and then it would go down buy not yet.

Just wondering if this is normal for the 07NBS and if so why such a high engine temp??
