Man that's a loaded question, you need to research parts there is always a balancing act that you have to do when you get parts due to parts and quality I always try to get parts that have room to expand on later and I also used to think you get exactly what you pay for but I have found out that is not always the case, lots and lots of research you dont want to buy junk!

Id suggest 1 7/8" longtubes with 3" collectors. Lots of brands just do some research. Lots of people here use pacesetters, arh, kooks, and others just gotta look at price and what youre willing to spend. As for cams you gotta match with your setup and future plans which really takes a lot of research. Maybe this will get you started, just look at peoples sigs of what they got and are running.

Texas Speed & Performance. if they sell it its most likely worth the money. they hold the record for stock bottom end ls motor (1/4 mile).

Its all up to u! I keep wanting more so I keep going bigger!. Just remeber always match ur cam with the rt converter! Cai lt headers and exhaust r a must. The 220 cam is well proven cam but needs to b matched with a 3000 converter .. any more questions keep doing research this cam question has been answered plenty of times

do a cam that goes with your heads/intake/converter/gear choice.

i like the Nitto 420 tires they dont spin as bad as a few brands ive owned.

212/218 is proven.
yank TT3000, circle d 3000-3200, 3:73s an 4:10s are proven.
ARH, Kooks, Pacesetter are proven.

you dont have to have the "best" of everything....a ton of guys are running used parts, cheaper LTs and doing the same thing the "Best" brands are doing.

pick a budget and stay in that range imho. buy once, not twice
