Jim - I think those Nasty rails look nice and he has a way to mount them to the truck intakes also right?(probably just spacers) If you get those you'll need an adapter to connect to the stock lines if you use them. I use to have a link to some but, will have to find them again.

I think Harlan runs a -10 AN from the pump to a Y-block. Then from the Y-block runs a -8 AN to each rail. I'm not sure what he does for a return but, that is not as important as the feed. -6 would probably be fine, you don't want the return to big or it will be harder for the pumps/regulator to maintain a given pressure I would think.
Sounds like he did what I was sort of thinking on by feeding each rail indepenedently and having a common return...

Harlan - Modified some stock Fbody rails to begin with by brazing fittings on the end. He has since stepped up to Mustang billet rails with modified brackets.
The truck rails are plastic so no brazing on them.

Maybe it would be smart to go with some big ol' 42lbs/hr Bosch and some Aeromotive rails and being getting them working properly with some bracket fabrication.
Once injectors get over a certain size don't they change impedances or sometthing?

you wont be pushing the lines or rails with just 42lb/hr injectors, probably need a pump though if you plan on maxing them out.

57lb/hr(3bar) injectors are the biggest high impedance injectors available. They run fine in a relatively stock 5.3L also.

They should be good for somewhere over 800 horsepower.
I think parish has already shown that the stock lines with an inline are good for close to 800flywheel hp. The stock rails didn't have to supply all that fuel since he was running a wet nitrous shot though. It would be interesting to find there limits, must be up there pretty good.

the stock rails did feed all that fuel, my nitrous set up was taped off of the maintence port on the pasenger rail.

Damn, I didn't think about that. Stock rails are good for at least 700 then.
