Default 11.83 on gas and 12.77 all Motor Now has video

I went to the track today in my Silverado SS with my new 408ci motor. I ran all motor and went 12.77 with a 1.70 60 ft at 103. I also have 2 stages of n2o, one is a nx wet kit with 50 shot and a nos dry kit with 75 shot. I spin and only get a 1.68 60ft and spray the dry shot on the top of 2nd gear up. I run a 11.83 at 113.6 mph with a 7.52 1/8. I run 2 more times and spin bad and run 11.85 and 11.86. I had 3 problems today 1st being the exhaust pipe is hitting the frame and dropping my timing to 21 degrees. 2nd the n20 has a 2500 pill and needs to be a 2800 or 3k to turn the wet kit on and it has a 6k shutoff that needs to be 6200 or 6300 so the hit from n2o is not hitting till after I start rolling maybe it will help on the spinning problem. 3rd I need to take the 20s off and get some 18s or 17s with drag radials so it will hook out of the hole. I should have hit the dry kit right out of the hole but was trying not to break something the first time out.

Hey, good job with that SS.

-What head/cam package are you running on top of that 408?

-Knocking you down to 21*... What do you usually see on spray?

I had fun at the track today Tony! Can't wait for the motor to get broke in so the big jets can be stuck in it!! I loved the looks on everyones faces when the scoreboard kept lighting up those 11.8x passes

I've got 26* in the truck, when it launches and shifts gears it pulls 4* of KR. The damn exhaust is BEATING the crossmember bad on it. I'm hoping he'll finally get that fixed this week now I showed him the HPtuner logs of each run and he could actually see how much timing it is pulling now, so I bet he'll do some exhaust modding.

That is awesome man.

BigTex and I have talked quite a bit about what a 408 would do in an SS and that is pretty damn close.
