Replaced the fan clutch with a new one already to see if that worked, replaced the stock thermostat with a new one already, and had every thing checked out, ran diagnostics on it....all that. The new fan clutch actually helped, because it use to lay over into the the red on the gauge and I'd have to shut the air off and just be hot, but with the new fan clutch it doesn't go quite that far, but I don't want it over 210 anyway.
So my local Advanced Auto Parts or AutoZone should be able to get me a good 160 thermo. in a day or so ???

If you can really get a new stat that fits for around $20 I would probably do that but here is a link to the BB mod.

Keep in mind this only works with a stock thermostat. The hole where the BB goes is a different size on most aftermarket stats and it won't fit.
