Default 2000 Lq4 - 2007 Lq4 swap

I have a 2000 silverado 2500 with the 6.0 lq4 and I am considering buying an lq4 from a 2007 silverado 2500 classic. I am trying to make sure that the engine will work in my truck. I already know that I will have to use my intake, fuel rails and throttle body. Is there anything else I will need to use from my engine. I know that the camshafts are different also. Is this going cause problems ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
