Default 2000 RCSB RWD muscle truck build questions

Hey Forum, I am getting ready to do a 4.3/4l60e to LQ9/4l80e swap in my silverado for the name of power and that my 4.3/$l60e combo is currently running on 5 cylinders and I only have reverse, 1st, 2nd and 3 neutrals. I have already looked at the official NBS guide to swapping over however I still have a few questions.

1. When replacing the motor, the LQ9 was a Drive by wire system and the engine harness will reflect that, Is there a way to convert the lq9 over to drive by cable to fit the early NBS generation?

2. The Driveshaft is going to have to be shorter due to the 80's increased length over the 60's, Is there a stock driveshaft I can use to save money while I wait for a custom one to be manuafactured?

3. Will I have to upgrade the stock diff to handle the increase in power and torque and If I was to put a new locker or lsd in, what would you recommend?

Thanks, As I get closer to the swap, I am sure I will have more questions so stay tuned. Below is a the truck pictured.
