Default 2001 Suburban Z71 Falling Flat On It's Face Going Up Hills

awesome forum everyone.

I am having an issue where when I hit anything above ABSLT TPS of about 75% (Using an Actron Realtime scanner btw) my z falls flat on it's face.

here are the readings when I am at about 80% Throttle

Engine RPM 3099
Calc Load 45.5%
Mass Air Flow 15.17LB/M
MAP 28.1"HG
Coolant 214F
IAT 117F
Ignition Advance 20.5
Short Term Fuel Trim 1 53.9%
Long Term Fuel Trim 1 25%
Short Term Fuel Trim 2 53.9%
Long Term Fuel Trim 2 25%
Vehicle Speed 46
Fuel System 1 Closed / Also Getting an Open1
Fuel System 2 Open 1 / Also Getting an Open1
O2S11 (V) 0.000
Short Term Fuel Trim 11 0%
O2S12 (V) 0.000
O2S21 (V) 0.005
Short Term Fuel Trim 21 0%
O2S22 (V) 0.005
PTO Status Dise
OBD2 STAT CA

In the process I have replaced the Fuel Filter and Fuel Cap trying to rule out blockage and any kind of Vapor Lock.

I don't have a MIL currently active but am getting a

P0453 Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor / Switch High Input
P0453 Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor / Switch Low Input

no idea why there is no MIL on this, your guess is as good as mine.

The z has 225k on it and I think I may have some slipping in the transmission (This is my wife's vehicle that doesn't get driven all that much anymore, but we don't want to get rid of it because we live in the country and need 4wd when we are not in a drought at times)

Also what would it take to possible get a mod or admin to fix my typo I made in registration, I accidentally hit L instead of K in my username for the last letter. if it's an issue, I can live

Probably fuel pump but it could be clogged converters also.

Your trims are freaking horrible.

What is your MPG?

It's certainly running lean at 80% throttle. You either have a bad MAF or a bad fuel pump. I'll lean toward MAF being bad because the flow value look like it is reporting very low, which would cause it to not be spraying enough fuel for the air, which in turn cause your fuel trims to skyrocket from the O2S readings.

MAF = WAY LOW!
O2S = WAY LEAN!

Although, from your printout, it seems like you did the data read in en-masse mode, so the data read was slow on the update. Set Line View to 1 line per page and check your data readings for MAF and O2S individually while driving. When you stab the gas, the MAF should spike to a high double digit or low triple digit number. 15 @ 3000 is too low.

I will try to do the custom view, however I have the cheapest Actron realtime scanner and I don't think I can do a custom view. but I will page thru them. quickly to view.
