2007 classic 1500 5.3 P0300 at WOT
Engine light flashes when I try to get to WOT. can't get pass 4,000rpm bc it looses power. At idle and mid range is fine but when I go to stomp on it, it looses power and that's the only code I'm getting. Very aggravating.

Maybe you should stop beating on it if you know it's not running right.
Clearly the SES flashing means you have a problem, the code(s) that it's throwing out will help you solve the issue. Try to watch the live data on the scanner to figure out what cylinders.
My guess is a bad spark plug/wire/coil of sorts.

Your posts make it sound like you do/did.
Gotta remember that this is the internet and we don't have a damn clue about you or the vehicle, so we all just assume everything. Communication is key when trying to describe a problem or what have you.
Kinda like how you wouldnt walk into a repair shop and slap the keys on the counter and say "my ***** broke, fix it please" and walk out.
Now that I've said that and we are on the same page here, what have you done to try and fix this problem??
Have you pulled any spark plugs or inspected the plug wires? If you do not know the mileage or age of the plugs/wires, replace them anyway with stock grade parts and see if the issue continues.
Then we can go from there to find a solution.

Ok I bought the truck with 152xxx on it and now it has 160. I'm not sure the last time the plugs and wires were changed but I will start with that this weekend. It started doing it like a week ago. At first it was anything above 4000rpm but it's getting worse and will start the flashing the light at 3000 rpm now. I will try that first and see if that makes a difference. Maybe the injectors need to be cleaned out too
