2009 sierra? any body tuned one up?

If he checked his plugs and they honestly look like it's been running lean, there might be something wrong with his fuel system or something. If he had a false lean condition caused by a leak somewhere, he would be dumping tons of fuel into the combustion chamber and the plugs would look like it's been running way rich, not lean.
