Default 20'S Mounted-Small Problem!!!!!

I got the SS 20's with 285/55/20's proxies mounted this morning at a tire shop but Im having one problem. This only happens when i build up some speed say over 40 and brake firmly. It sounds just like it does when your pads are shot and your rubbing the rotars or like when your tire is catching on some plastic part of the wheelwell. Thats the sound. Im not rubbing on anything and my brakes have 19k on them and were fine with the stock 16's. Is it the brakes? Are thee 20's puttung that much strain on the brakes? I dont think so! My old lady brought it back up to the shop(she wanted to get a little moist rollin on the 20's ) and they guy drove it around and got up to about 80 and there was no shake or anything and he said he really didnt see any problems and he thought I was just feeling the road. When I drove it I did have the 4 stocks with tires so that could of had a little to do with it but what do you guys thinkl?

with that size tire on the 20's are gaurantee your rubbing some and don't know it. i have 275/55/r20 and I rubbed until I finally got down under the truck and took zip ties punctured a hole in the wheel well plastic part and threaded a long black ziptie through to the other side and fastened it. now their is no rubbing, mine also felt like something was going on but this cured it, you really can't tell it's rubbing but trust me it does.

ok Im not running 285/50/20's im running 295/40/20's. So Im feeling alot more. Do you think Im still rubbing with that size? What im saying is when I turn from end to end I have about a inch or 2. Do you think when IM braking the front end is going down so much? I was screwing with one of thsie tire diameter/gear ratio calculater and with the stock 16's i had a 29.88 diamater and with the 20's I have a diameter of 29.29. A shorter tire I went from a 4.10 gear ratio to a 4.18 gear ratio! So you think Im still rubbing?

I never felt anything or noticed any rubbing with my old tires. They were 31.5" tall.

Ok say Im backing up and use the brake to stop and put my truck in drive--ot doesnt do it-all as it should be. say Im going 30 and I have to stop at a red light and I semi-firmly to firmly use the brake(not even slamming it) it makes that grinding type noise and feeling in the pedal. I had my installer drive it again and he didnt feel it(of course) and said that he thinks Im feeling the road but that doesnt make sense becuae of the grinding noise/feeling. The noise sounds just like it would if say the tire was rubbing the wheelwell plastic but turning side to side it doesnt even come close to touching maybe 1.5"-2" away. Is it possible that when the fornt end dips when braking im rubbing? Is it possibel that the weight of the 20's is to much for the pads that have 19k on them and were perfectly fine with the 16's
