I dont know about the 7300 rpm shift points though.

Yikes!!! My butt was tight when I bounced off of the limiter at 7000 that one time. Couldn't image going any higher! I really would like to up my shift points to 6500, but I hear THATS pushing it with my setup. You are a brave man, indeed!!! Congrats on the purchase and get some times up.

WELL I WANT TO KNOW WHAT ELSE YOU HAVE BESIDES ZO6 SPRINGS BECAUSE I HAVE THE 918'S AND BETWEEN 6800 AND 6900 I HAVE VALVE FLOAT. AND THAT IS WITH 216/220 COMP CAM.I HAVE HIT REV. ALOT AND IT IS SET @ 7400. I DO HAVE ARP ROD BOLTS. HOW FOR OUT BEFORE THE 220HP SHOT COMES IN

MAN PUSH THAT THING WE ARE SHIFTING ALL OUR TRUCKS AROUND 6500 ALL THE TIME A FEW OF US ARE TUNRING 6700,6800 LIKE I SAID BEFORE I HAVE HIT REV ALOT @ 7400 AT LEST ONCE A DAY WHEN JUST PLAYING AROUND.

Thats a good idea with the tow haul mode shift points Ive never heard anything about that, is it possible to have two tunes that can be engauged just by pushing the tow haul button.
Man id love to have a setting for everyday gas consumption and then push the button for an all out race mode hmmmmmm....

With the right valve train the stock 4.8 bottom end with some good bolts can take it. Remember it has a super short stroke.

I thought the truck intake started to drop of in air flow around 6000 RPM and thats why we can't run as big a cam as f-bodys do. But if thats not the case I might have to go bigger.

N/A I spun mine to 6600 on the dyno and power was still flat. The turbo dyno was still flat and only slightly dipping by 6800rpm.

only transmission settings can be changed with the tow haul button.
