Thats alot of cam in a heavy truck man. why not something like 228/236? That would be close to the biggest I would go.
Or look into LSK lobes. People are scaling back a good bit in duration and actually keeping hte same hp/torque and making more torque in lower rpms. Just need a good spring!!
