Question 245/50/R16 dr diameter?

What would be the approx. diameter of 245/50/R16 ? Would it drastically change my gearing (3.73's)? And if so, would that hurt performance at all or help it?

I'd like to run around town with these on but have a feeling my truck would look like its doing a wheelie all the time w/the 275/45/20 's in the front

The tire diam would be 25.645
If you currently have a gear ratio of 3.73 with a 29.75" tire. Your effective gear ratio with this tire(245/50/R16) will be 4.21:1

a 25.6" tire would look like a donut on a fullsize truck !!...and traction would go bye-bye

Thanks for the info - I was looking at that size drag radial but if it is that small, then I will look around some more.
