As far as the Wester's tune Im not saying he isnt a good tuner. He was not a good tuner for my app, gave me the run-around, and took near 6 weeks to send me a piece of **** update that I couldnt use. It cost me another 420 for a tune after dyno time. I would definately go with Nelson, especially if you live near him.

Don't get discouraged. Its all about your goal. You don't have all the parts, so you're not at your goal yet.

Here's my similar experience:

Stock--17.0
Just ATI--14.8
ATI, Exhaust, TT3000, shift kit---15.0.......WTF?
ATI@11psi, cutouts, 44lb injectors, edit, wideband, ---15.2........WTF?
Turns out my tranny was TOAST slipping and not letting me get any faster.
FLP level4, SS3800---13.5!!!

My point is, don't get discouraged, one day, sooner or later, It'll all come together.
