Default 2wd vs. 4wd 4l80e

I have found a good deal on a 4l80e setup for 2wd. What would it take to convert it to a 4wd application? Would it be worth it?

It just needs a new Output Shaft and Housing. That's the easy part. A complete disassembly is required to get to the tailshaft.

Housing: 8677464
Output Shaft: 24204289

I'm fairly sure the housing comes as an assembly with the outer and inner seal and the bushing pre-installed. Six bolts will be required to hold it on. Two bolts hold the rear mount. The rear mount is the same as a 2WD 4L60-E but not a 4x4.

EDIT - looks like I read it backwards. The above info is for making 2WD out of a 4x4.
