There was a noticeable difference when I switched from 3.73 to 4.10. It just took off the line way faster, but the top end sucks ***. Yea, I got a better time on the 1/4, but my trap speed was slower.
I'm considering going back to 3.73s because the Vig3200 is a monster and unless I feather it off the line...I burnout everywhere...

i agree, with an all out performance truck i would choose the 4.10 also, but i think with a mildly modded motor you would fall on your face down the track. don't get me wrong, i would have gone 4.10 if i didn't drive as much as i do. i work with my truck and drive mad miles in the interstate everyday. everybit of mileage helps but i want performance as well. that's why i chose the 3.73 vs the 4.10. i had 42's and it just seemed i didn't have any low end. one day when i get rich, i'll have 4.10's. i won't give a crap about mileage or rpms or anything else.
