Default 317 heads question

just bought a pair of the heads listed above and i want to put them on my truck when i do a cam swap (more than likely lifters if i do heads as well) but they arent going to go stock. i want to bump up compression ratio a bit but i still want it to be boost friendly just incase i decide to go that route. i want to do a 3 angle valve and mill them slightly. since stock combustion cc is 71cc if i mill them .021 that would bring me down to 68cc correct? and i belive that compression ratio would right around 9.7:1 like this. using stock thickness headgaskets of course. are my calculations correct and feel free to throw in some suggestions! manley valves would go in as well.
