4.3 to 5.3/6.0 Swap in 2001 silverado 2wd
Hey guys,
Ive been looking for a while now to possibly swap a v8 into Crysties silverado. The 4.3 is a good engine (especially turbo'd in my Syclone
) but its a little underpowered for a truck as big as hers. Plus it just doesnt have the sound. She loves the truck, and we want to keep it for a while so I figured id see what it would take to do a swap.
I would imagine it would be a bolt in deal, and as long as i had an 01 harness and ecu it would be plug and play, but if anyone has done it or has details let me know!
