What about the computer??? Did you have the original reflashed or are you trying to use the donor pcm from the v8 harness???

It is in anti theft mode then. It is not recogniseing the donor pcm because it has a different vin number. The body control module does not recognize it

You will either have to have the engine calibration flashed into your original pcm or have the donor pcm update with your vin and or have the VATS removed.

VATS= Vehical Anti Theft System. It's in the pcm programming has to be removed in the tune.

P1631 is a code for the anti theft. Basically its not recognizing the password from the PCM to the BCM as I mentioned before. The PCM and the BCM talk with eachother before allowing the car to start. That's how the anti theft works.

The P0118 is for ect sensor. Electronic Coolant Temp Sensor. Make sure its pluged in all the way. If its truely bad there about 20....

Yeah I know what VATS is, I just wasn't sure if that was purely tune related or otherwise.
