4.8 bored to a 5.3.....good? bad? nothing......
i recently had the bright idea of possibly boring out my 4.8 to a 5.3. just wandering if it would be worth it? would it make a big difference or really change much at all? and would it be cost effective?

Gotta use a 6.0 block, but some folks have talked about wanting to do that. It'd basically be an old school 327. These engines rev pretty quick anyway, so unless you're building for a specific race series with a cubic engine rule, I'd probably just stick to the stock 6.0 internal dimensions. Would be cool to see though, especially if you put an L92 top end on it.
