Wont you have to get the motor rebalanced and everything...negating the cost savings in the first place? I have a 5.3L I was thinking about just milling the heads to bump up the compression. Anyone know how much I would need to shave from the heads to get ~ LS1 compression? And what about valve-train geometry...I guess that depends on how much will be shaved.
