Default 4.8 vs 5.3 cam

Which one is better? I am building a good engine out of a 4.8 with good block and a 5.3 with toasted block using 4.8 pistons to boost compression, but am unsure of which cam to use, the goal here is more torque than horsepower, thanks.

Lookin for torque in a 5.3? Save some bucks and look for a used cam in the classifieds here...a baby cam like mine is great in a daily driver with no need to upgrade the torque converter, or get a proven 212/218 style grind and throw a mild 2600-3000 verter or stick with the stocker if the budget is tight. You could probably pick up a used Yank TT3000 in the classifieds for a good price

I don't really want a hi stall converter as this is going in a rockcrawler but I will definitely go take a look at the classifieds, thanks!
