4.8L, what can it handle???
i picked up a LS7 cam and springs to hopefully put in the truck and on 1.8 rockers it has a .591 lift is what i read and
.558 with 1.7 rockers, can a 4.8 handle that or is it to much with the 1.8's, should i just use the stock 1.7 rockers? thanks.

heres the specs:
Intake 211 deg. Exhaust 230 deg.
Lift .591 with 1.8 rocker and .558 with 1.7 rocker.

the LS7 cam specs are:
211 degree intake / 230 degree exhaust
.591"/.591" Intake/ Exhaust
It'll run better than teh stock cam, butthis cam is designed for 7.0 liters that will make peak power at 6400 rpm in a 3100 lb Corvette..
Your 2.2L's short and at least 1000lbs heavier(at best) I'm sure there are better cams for your application.
