Default The 418 rotating assembly is FINALLY here(pics)

Well after a LONG wait and numerous phone calls to get things lined out and the shop that I bought all my parts from spending hours on the phone figuring all the stuff out its finally here. I ended up with a 4.1" stroke crank cause well EVERYONE that strokes motor makes a 408 and damnit I want something different. So I ended up with a longer stroke crank JE SRP forged pistons, forged rods and of course a forged crank. I finally got another camera to take pics of my stuff with instead of my damn camera phone Its kind of dark cause the lighting sucks and I havent had time to figure out all the settings on the camera.
my feet and the crank box

the crank shitty pic

side view of the crank

the rod

side view of it

specs on the pistons

top of the piston

bottom of piston

the JE mark

If there are nay other pics someone wants let me know Ill post them up tomorrow.

Hopefully it will get dropped off at the machine shop this week so it can start being built next week.

Hey those parts don't look any faster than other parts I've seen pictures of

Dayum. I'm excited and they aren't even my parts. Can you send me the bags they were packed in so I can sniff them?

nice, looks like christmas came early for you. in the mean time make sure you keep that crank standing straight up. some cranks tend to bend/warp when laying on it's side. can't wait to see here in action when you get it all together.

It better not fuggin warp for as much damn money as I have spent on it. Its laying on its side right now but it has some kind of foam **** that is molded to the crank shape the supports it. Yes Christmas came early I have like 12 other mods going on the truck at the same time no joke.

Thats wierd. Was it a cast crank? Mine is forged I would think that would make a difference. Even though it is forged that **** is heavy as hell
