I am just wondering if any of yall run a full 4in intake tube? I have been wanting to redo mine since i added the TBSS intake. The way the TB mounts it actually points upwards some which causes my damn Airaid intake tube to hit the hood. I have been thinking about replacing the whole damn thing with a piece of 4in mandrel bent tube... Just wondering who all has done it and pics would be great.

Another to add to this. If i do switch it out for a 4in pipe i am concerned with the possible heatsoak that occur from the huge chuck of metal. I could make the tube out of fiberglass but that is alot of work

4" 90 and 2' section of 4" is about $100 from siliconeintakes dot com..
Stock maf will be going by by before to long also..
Mine hit the upper hose but im working on a fix for that also

I am looking at a 1 piece L pipe from dynomax. So all i have is 1 straight coupler at each end. Also i am kinda tossing aroumd the idea of buying the TSP 100mm MAF since i like running the MAF, but i will be adding a screen to it to straighten out the airflow much like the stocker

Nice. Yep i am gonna have to mod the waterpump too. I have allready got an idea for that one

Mine used to barely touch also but i got a cowl hood now

Or you could just go to a new style pump where the exit goes straight out.
