I forgot about this whole conversion kit thing. This sets me back another $2-3K. BTW, will you conversion kit work with lets say a FL level 4 80e tranny?

I beleive the 4 and 5 are a optional upgrade.

Now that Speed Engineering has this one done, maybe they will start on the 6L80 swaps next

Thanks for the comments guys. We have a lot of kits up comming for the trucks just so you know. Are machine shop just got a engine dyno. So we have lots of testing and kits here to come.

No, we wernt planing on it. The 4L80E's are holding way over a 1000hp as it is. Plus they adapt software and harness wise much easier.

Do these kits come with a torque converter? Can we buy the kit without the tranny included?
