No washers with the servos is the best way to go. The shifts will still be quick and precise, how they need to be.

Neck snapping is just bad for the internals, you want the quickest cleanest shifts you can get without sacrificing durability. That TransGo + servos seems to be the tried and true way to get the 4L60E to hold up (the best it can)

Should I get a shift kit and servos before I get a programmer or should I get the programmer first?

ok, well it was worth a shot.

As far as the trans shop, I am sure any trans shop would no what they are doing. Any trans work should be an everyday routine for them. I guess just ask if they have done any performance work with the 4l60's yet?

I would say shift kit first that way you don't have to go back in and modify the firmness that you have put in from the beginning.

Depends on how much power you are already making...

if TqMgt is already dicking with you, I'd say go for programmer.

if you are pretty slow still, go for the TransGo.
