5.3 to 6.0 swap?

Has anyone ever done this swap?

Is it simple as engine replacement and a computer reflash??

Ideas???

Truck is a 2001 Chevy Z-71, auto, vin code T..

It depends on which 6.0 you get.... got to remember to reuse your flywheel or flexplate.... i cant remember which goes with a auto....
