Default 5.3 Build HP expectations

Just want to get a general baseline HP i can expect. The 5.3 is going into my 2000 ext cab S10. Its an (L59)
Specs are
-228r Comp Cam ( IN-.588/ EX- .588 on 114 LSA)
-1218 Springs
-LS1 intake. I plan on upgrading down the road to a FAST or LS6
-BRP 1-3/4 Long tube headers
-stock 35lb FLEX fuel injectors

Transmission- 95 4l80e
-maybe a 3200 Stall to mate with it.

Also should i be worried? I cranked the motor over and i only see oil coming out of certain rockers, Not all. I know i installed the oil pan pick up tube & oring correctly. If i take out the oil pressure sensor oil comes out with like 1/4 of a crank by hand...

Heres a video of me cranking it on the stand

should be close to that... most trucks with cam and heads are around 345-370 depending on the cam and heads. so i think it safe to say around 310-320 rwhp.

btw you'll want alittle more stall with that cam. give chris a call. he spec'd me out a multi disk 3500 for my set up.

Stock 5.3 will put down 215-225 rwhp, so adding a 228r cam only to a stock 5.3 310-320rwhp would be a fair statement. Sure it dont sould like a lot but look at the power to weight ratio you have, V8 s10 is fun no matter what!
