Tiburon (a member here that also goes by File) ran a 13.0 on his 2002 RCSB 5.3 with 212/218 522/529 114, 3000 tq converter, LT headers, and I believe he had 3.73s tuned with HPtuners

Since your RCSB I would do 220 with 32-3600 converter OR 212/218 lowlift with a 3000 your 4.11 gears will love either cam. Or vinci trucker 3k verter for that cam to
