Default 5.3 exhaust

i'm thinking about getting the pacesetter lts and y pipe with a 40 series flowmaster. my question is would it be worth it to mate an x pipe to the lts for a true dual system with the 40 flows???? or just stick with the single y pipe? thanks

if you do a dual system, go wih no larger than 2.5 pipe. and def ditch the flows... magnaflows, hooker aerochambers, dynomax race bullets, corsa, or spintech are all good straight through mufflers that will give you a way better sound than the flows and add power as well... wether you do a dual 2.5 X-pipe system or a single 3" y depends on what your goals are. you will end up with better bottom end power with the 3" y and single pipe out. but a better top end with the duals depending on whatever other mods you already have done.
