Default 5.3 guys, show me your CAI's

I have a friend with a 2003 GMC Sierra w/5.3, and he's wanting me to build him a CAI. After looking at the motor, it seems that right as the intake tubing comes out of the throttle body, it needs to flatten out to pass over the idler pulley. then, after it makes its 90* bend towards the filter box, it needs to clear the coolant hose.

I'm just needing to see some completed systems to see if I can even build him one using parts that I have readily available to me.

Thanks for any help.

homemade or aftermarket, it really doesn't matter, I just need some ideas. Is it 4" out of the throttle body, or 3.5"

here's one I built for a few TBSS's. Disregard the scratches on the intake tubing, it was a prototype set-up.

how's the clearance at the idler pulley? It looks like whatever coupling I use will hit the pulley.
