From www-prodyno.com
The Pro Cold air induction includes a high-flow reusable air filter, and is constructed of mandrel bent, 16 gauge steel that is coated for a durable and professional finish.

It looks like it also costs 4 times what it's worth if they really charge $289 although the website says "Call for current price"

Its metal, it sure does help get cooler air for the engine to breathe, i just dont like to drive thru big puddles of water, looks like it could suck water in real easy but it does not rain here in AZ very often.

Heres mine. Eventually I'm going to make some sort of heat shield for it.

Here is my intake. Used a Spectre 9900 kit and added 2 45 deree bends. I notched the plate that is under the factory air box and mounted the filter under it. I used Duplicolor Truck Bed Coating on the tubes and cleared it all with high temp engine clear.
