5.3 into a 383 stroker???

Default 5.3 into a 383 stroker???

Has any one done it?? It's some thing that has been crossing my mind quite a bit.

Don't think you can take a 5.3 that big.. Will be to much out of the the cylinder walls. A 5.7 block yes.. I think

You have to use a 4" crank. Cylinder walls shouldn't be a problem.

This is possible on some blocks. Not all are created equal(im serious) If this is the route you decide to go, make sure you get the block checked for cylinder thickness, esp at the bottom.. Plus this is going to be more then building a reg enegine J, having to get a stroked crank.. What hell are you smoking up there in the D yo

I wouldn't even bother honestly. Why do that when you can spend the same money on a 6.0 and have a much bigger motor.

Isnt a 6.0 less cubes then a 383?.....Unless your reffering to stroking a 6.0
