Default 5.3 Lm7 To 6.0

I have the piston slap problem and trying to figure the best way to repair-
new pistons and bore to 5.7
or
Will a 6.0 engine fit in a 5.3-using the 5.3 accessories and wiring?
or can i just use the block and put my upper end on it.
Thanks

I just dropped a LQ4 in my truck... swapped out the LM7 for it..

Mine truck is a 2000... and the LQ4 was a 2004.... only thing i had to do was
Swap out the flexplate cause the one on the 6L had a 4L80E and i have a 4L60E...

And the oil pressure sensor...

everything else is the same...

Wiring and everything is the same...

Have fun!!!
