my ls7 is knocking bad i think it's because of the air filter box cracked going down these crappy southern roads. I love state farm insurance!

I'd love to put the ls2 in the truck. I saw the complete engine for 5500 but I don't know what is involved in making it fit. Right now I am leaning more towards the 6.0 liter because it is 1600 dollars cheaper. I could do alot with that much money.

You cant go wrong with the 6.0 buddy. You should have some cash left to spend on other goodies.

Wow, I have State Farm too, is this an extra coverage you got or is it their normal plan? I wonder if it covers just running too much boost, accidently of course... I would love an 408 Stroker to go with my new Turbo...

There is about a 25 hp difference betweeen the truck intake and the LS6 inatke on a LS1. I dont think if you go with the LS6 intake that you are gonna be missing out on that much. Look at the TQ your gonna pick up with the LS6 in the 1st place. Im putting on on my LS1 for looks and and to change my n20 setup but even if I wasnt going to change my n20 I would do it if you went with a LS1/LS6

yes snakeeater is running the stock truck manifold. its just too much work for the little gains you get. IMO
