First post here, long time viewer just finnaly reg. I have a 01 rcsb with the 5.3 in it and just bought a superchager off a 02 6.0 Denali, here's the item # off ebay #7908581924. The guy I bought it from is giving me 2 pcm's with it. Now my question is can I run those pcm's in my 5.3 or is the programing that different? Would I be better off running the stock programing until I buy LS1 edit? What do you all think would be my best bet, Any help would be great.

 

I looked at the pic of the kit and it appears the larger injectors required are there. The PCM's should be calibrated for them and that would be the most important thing for it to work on your 5.3. Your 5.3 injectors will not be large enough and your stock PCM will not run the bigger injectors without LS1edit.
