Do you have any software that can monitor your timing and MAP KPA?

Did you plug the vacuum line from the back of the intake manifold to the brake booster in correctly???
They are the orange factory ones.

I believe I did, I screwed with that for a few minutes after getting in, kind like a "that's it? it doesn't go any further...?" However I did a homemade smoke test with a cigar and it did not seem to leak. In that area.

Throttle cable is actually on the loose side, I checked that...

I just hopped on the bike (37 degrees out right now...) rode to Oreilys and got the intake manifold gaskets... God I hope this solves it. An hour job turned into a 10 hour thing. Ahhh

Orange... I have bought new ones. They are blue... not green like I read.

There not actuall dark green there more like a blue green. See attached picture.

If the original orange ones were nearly flat, then there leaking guaranteed ... The bead needs to be raised on both side's in order to seal properly.

About a 15 minute ride there, cursing the entire way as the wind hits my neck and a regret not wearing a baklava.... Had no choice.

Silly question but have you checked the codes yet? I notice the light flashing on your dash in the video...

Just had a thought after watching the Video. All though you said you put everything back together correctly, Inspect the Injector plugs. It's very easy for them not to be properly seated and cause a miss fire condition.

I think I've got them seat, I updated that now as soon as you crank it, straight up to 3500 RPM... No camming sputtering...

About to take the rest of my sunday and try again... I swear if this thing doesn't run by tomorrow morning...

Finally. Acted like it was going to do it again after I put it all back together again... then settled down.

Thanks all for the help.
